Service Description
Booty Work runs 2x a week growing the glutes with focused progressive training. Our programing changes each month assuring each client sees results. Glutes are fundamental in strength gains -not just for aesthetics. Classes are open to anyone looking to improve body composition or see speed/strength improvements! Following the new regulations, we are maintaining a safe space for clients to train. Classes are currently capped at 4 people allowing more time with your trainer. Open to all levels.

Cancellation Policy
Personal Training/Group Training Terms + Conditions | [1] Training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session. [2] Clients arriving late could lose their spot to a waitlisted client. [3] The expiration policy requires the completion of all training sessions within 6 months of purchase. Training sessions are void after this time period. [4] No training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions. [5] The client acknowledges and is made fully aware that VanCity Training Camp and Kelsey Larg Personal Training, its employee or subcontractors are NOT medical doctors, licensed nutritionists, or registered dieticians. [6] The client acknowledges before beginning, implementing, or using any and all of the recommendations provided, that CLIENT should consult a medical doctor. Including exercise, calorie, macro, or nutrition.
