We are a private facility specializing in personal training, group training, and online training.
Our focus is to provide progressive training to people at all fitness levels. “Progressive training” is a weight training term that refers to progressive overload — meaning we pre-plan and then assess how your body adapts to training. Using that information, we adjust your programs to keep you moving towards your goals.
Progressive overload is the best method to use if you want to see results, and we want to be clear from the get-go that this approach gets the best results for our clients. Our programming sets you up for long-term success rather than an hour of exhaustion. We specialize in weight training focusing on strength and conditioning—this means we squat, we deadlift, we do chin-ups, and we smash protein shakes all day every day (we do other things too, but those are some of our favourites).

Semi-private sessions combine the in-depth attention of personal training with the social aspect of group classes. Your trainer will provide detailed individual feedback to help each of you achieve your unique goals—together.
