Clients may work with another trainer depending on scheduling demands. Kelsey Larg works with all new trainers on program design and class flow and ensures that clients' training is uninterrupted.

See muscle gains, develop better mobility, and increase cardio with focused strength and conditioning.

These are great workouts for anyone looking to reduce body fat, gain muscle, increase strength and cardiovascular abilities. 

Each workout is a combination of upper and lower body lifts.-- we focus on squats deadlifts, bench press, chin ups, hip thrusts and lots of great combinations. 

German Body Comp 

TUES & THURS 8AM​

Booty Work runs 2x a week growing the glutes with focused progressive training.

Our programing changes each month assuring each client sees results.

Glutes are fundamental in strength gains -not just for aesthetics.

Classes are open to anyone looking to improve body composition or see speed/strength improvements! 

SAT 9AM

Metabolic Conditioning is similar to circuit training. 

Exercises and rest times are focused and programmed to challenge and progress to better cardiovascular efficiency. 

This is a great supplement to your weekly strength training or to compliment recreational sports leagues. 

Classes are open to all levels. 

THURS 1:15PM

Standard PUSH - PULL progressive training program. Designed to build up to first pull up or increase pull up ability. 

Upper body training program is a great addition to your week. 

Classes are open to all levels. 

MON & WED 1:15 PM SAT 10:15AM

Progressive Training to increase leg strength, build muscle, improve mobility, stability, and focus on quality form. 

Lower body training program is a great addition to your week

Enjoy the energy of a group while saving money on one-on-one personal training. 

We have a series of packages you can choose from. Once you purchase a package you will create an account and will be able to book out your sessions as needed.  If you would like to meet with Kelsey for a free private consult before signing up please visit the contact page and we will book you in.

Classes are open to all levels. 

This is a fun environment to step into weight training for the first time. Or, if you have been training for a while and what to change up your programming these classes are challenging and effective.  

 

We will handle the programming and let you do the heavy lifting. 

Training in a small group allows for more personalized attention to get you to your goals.

You will obtain helpful feedback and train purposefully in each session to better understand form, technique and the benefits of strength training.
