Hi everyone! I am the owner of VanCity Training Camp in beautiful Vancouver, BC. My focus with clients or myself is in the gym — weight training. Saying I love what I do is an understatement!
I’ll be honest though, before developing this running program, I was rarely seen hitting the pavement; but a few years ago, my motivation changed. I wanted to get faster and have better speed endurance.
I started with chipping away at 2 miles working with different running-focused programs and weight training programs until I found the combination that really clicked. Developing the 2 Mile Running Program has helped me find new motivation, energy, and balance. Using the same methods, I’ve worked with clients to help them achieve their own fitness goals. My hope is that throughout the next 6 weeks, my program will challenge and motivate you to push yourself or try something new.
