The gym

The gym is located inside the Level Building at 1022 Seymour street. It is a private training facility hidden in Yaletown a couple of blocks from the seawall. It's surrounded by smoothie shops and connected to NERO Waffles if you want to carb-load post-workout!

The facility offers traditional strength training equipment, cardio equipment, towel service, changerooms with digital lockers, showers, hair dryers, and a sauna in each changeroom. (we aim to provide an equal training space. Changerooms are currently Male & Female. Please select the room that feels best for you and let us know how we can accomodate to make your expereince better. )

Programs are designed based on your needs, goals, and personal interests such as speed, strength, agility,  booty building, body fat reduction, muscle building,  overall just feeling better...the list goes
