Start your day off right with a Full Body Workout! See muscle gains, develop better mobility, and increase cardio with focused strength and conditioning. Classes are currently capped at 4 people allowing more focus and attention with your trainer. Following the new regulations, we are maintaining a safe space for everyone to train.
Personal Training/Group Training Terms + Conditions |  Training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session.  Clients arriving late could lose their spot to a waitlisted client.  The expiration policy requires the completion of all training sessions within 6 months of purchase. Training sessions are void after this time period.  No training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.  The client acknowledges and is made fully aware that VanCity Training Camp and Kelsey Larg Personal Training, its employee or subcontractors are NOT medical doctors, licensed nutritionists, or registered dieticians.  The client acknowledges before beginning, implementing, or using any and all of the recommendations provided, that CLIENT should consult a medical doctor. Including exercise, calorie, macro, or nutrition.
